If you would like your child to become one of our valued pupils, please complete the in-year application form linked below & send it back to the school office; enquiries@hazlemere-ce.bucks.sch.uk

Providing that the application is sent during term time, Monday to Friday 8:30-16:00, you can expect to receive an email within 48 hours, confirming receipt of your child's application.

Please note that emails are not monitored during school holidays.

Alternatively, please feel free to drop by the school office within the above times, to collect a paper copy.
