Parents should advise the school by telephone by 9am on each day of absence and provide the school with an expected date of return. Registration is between 8.40am and 8.50 am. The registers close at 8.50am. Pupils arriving after the close of register will be recorded as late arrivals. Pupils that arrive after 9:20 am will be recorded as an unauthorised absence for that session.

If a child is regularly late for school, or is often absent, then the parent/carer will be contacted by the school either by text, telephone or letter. If there is an urgent concern, then the Headteacher will be informed immediately, and he will discuss this with the parents/carers before taking the appropriate action.

Please note that if you are late to collect your child from school it is possible that you will be billed by the school for childcare. The rate charged will be £20 per half hour.

Quackers after school club are unable to add children to their afternoon registers after 3pm.
