Hazlemere Church of England Nursery is welcoming applications now for Sept 2024 through to July 2025. 

Please note, some sessions have very limited availability, therefore, applicants are dealt with upon receipt of applications

Step 1. Submit the linked electronic application form;

Step 2. We will confirm receipt of your application and advise which sessions we are able to offer or will invite you to join our waiting list. 

Step 3. The term prior to starting we will contact you to offer you a place and invite you and your child to a Stay and Play Induction Meeting.

Step 4. At the Stay and Play Induction Meeting we will go through the admission paperwork and discuss your child's needs with you. This is a chance for you and your child to meet us and familiarise yourselves with our setting and have any further questions answered.
